At my core, I am a lifelong learner, an avid adventurist, and someone who deeply loves creating a “spacious space” for people to slow down, breathe, and experience the Holy Spirit.Right now, you can find me diving into books and big ideas as a doctoral student at Richmont Graduate University.
Before stepping fully into this academic and spiritual chapter, I spent over 20 years as a soccer coach. investing in the up-and-coming generation of players was an absolute joy, and those years taught me so much about leadership, heart, and community.
When I’m not studying, I’m usually training for my next triathlon While racing has taken me to some incredible new places, my absolute favorite part is actually the training itself. There is nothing quite like a long bike ride on an open road—just me, the pavement, and God. It’s where the chaos of the world fades away, and I can just be.
Home is where my heart is. I’ve been happily married to my husband, Matthew, for 25 years, and we are the proud parents of three amazing kids: Jonah, Peighton, and Ellery. We are officially empty-nesters now, though our three joyful golden retrievers do an excellent job of keeping us on our toes!
